Team Members
As a team member you are the main point of contact with our customers. You are the “ key” to what makes Butternut unique. Your job responsibilities will include waiting on tables, preparing our delicious salads and sandwiches. It is essential that you are a “ people person” and get a buzz out of ensuring your customers have an enjoyable experience.
The kind of people who thrive are friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing, and cheerful. They are naturally helpful, approachable and reliable. It is essential that you are smart, flexible and proud of the work you do.
We have both full time and part time positions. Weekend working is essential.
Baristas
We pride ourselves on making the best coffee in town and giving the customer that extra special bit of service. Ideally, you will have one years experience of making exceptional coffee. Any “ Latte-art “ experience would be greatly welcomed
Supervisors
We are looking for motivated and intelligent people who know how to manage and organise. Leadership skills are a must.
